Nicole Johnson is a Seattle-based Critical Care Nurse with 16 years of clinical experience. She also is the founder of unwoundretreats.com - events, resources, and retreats for nurses by nurses. She believes in offering time and space for nurses to come together and practice restorative practices to help reduce stress and improve well-being.

Nicole started Found Down in 2020 to offer a place to have authentic, raw, and real conversations about issues related to nursing as well as stories from nurses and other healthcare professionals. She recorded many episodes about the reality of working through a pandemic as frontline staff and the impacts it had on people's mental health.

Nicole records, edits, and produces this show independently.
